The Kansas City Aviation Department will give
away two round-trip tickets from Kansas City International Airport to one of 47

One winner will be selected. Contest period ends at 11:59p.m. on October 4,
2009.The winner will be selected
randomly on or about October 5, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Once
notified, the winner will have 30 days to submit possible dates for travel. The
departure date must be at least 30 days from the date of trip submittal. The
trip must be completed on, or before February 28, 2009.Travel is not permitted on November 25through November 29 and December 23 through January 2.
Eligibility
Contest is offered only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or
older at the time of entry, one winner per household, one winner per family.
Employees of the Kansas City Aviation Department, Kansas City International
Airport, contest co-sponsors, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated
companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the
“Contest Entities”), and the immediate families or members of the same
households of such individuals are not eligible. Proof of age, identity, and
eligibility must be furnished upon request. All entry form information must be
complete and accurate. Sponsors will not award a prize to anyone not meeting
eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Sponsors reserve the right to
disqualify any entrant if these Contest rules are not followed.

entries received and notified at the email address originally submitted. Odds
of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Limitations of Liability
In
order to avoid abuse of these free offers and to make these free offers widely
available to as many of our subscribers as possible, no individual subscriber
may receive more than one free ticket award for the contest duration. The
Kansas City Aviation Department and its agencies are not responsible for any
errors,inaccuracies, or omissions on its
website and collateral material related to this promotion and assumes no
liability or responsibility for any reason that the website is unavailable or

Subscribers
who are recipients of Free Airline Tickets will benotified by e-mail including complete
instructions on how to redeem their Free Airline Tickets. The Free Airline
Ticket recipient must respond to the Award email within 72 hours, or otherwise
forfeit the free ticket award. Except where prohibited by law, subscriber
agrees to the publication of their name for online posting, and/or any
