Thanks to everyone who came out to the KCI Cruise car show June 19! The heavy rain prior to the event kept a lot of "garage queen" cars from coming, but we had an estimated 360 cars! More than $2,500 was raised for local charities. KCI Ambassador volunteer Fran Mattox and Ralph Liberty took photos for the KC Star. See links below. Save the date for the Aviation Education Day, Fly-In and Car Cruise-In at Downtown Airport August 7.

Directions:
From I-29 north or southbound: Take exit 13 toward I-435 (KCI Airport/St. Louis). At the fork, stay right to exit on Cookingham Drive. Continue 2/10 mile to Ambassador Drive and turn left.
From I-435: Exit toward KCI Airport and merge on Cookingham Drive via exit 36, toward I-29 south. Continue approximately one mile to Ambassador Drive and turn right.
From KCI Airport: Go south on the International Circle Roundabout to Cookingham Drive. Continue northwest 2.2 miles to Ambassador Drive and turn left.
Save the date for the Aviation Adventure Day August 7 at Kansas City Downtown Airport. There will be a car cruise at 11:00 a.m. Adventure Day and FREE flights for kids ages 8-17 start at 9 a.m.
