KANSAS CITY, November 3, 2008 ? Southwest Airlines brought back nonstop service between Kansas City and Ft. Lauderdale when the carrier inaugurated the new route yesterday. In addition to Ft. Lauderdale, Southwest increased nonstop service between Kansas City and Denver from four to six daily departures. Southwest, the largest carrier at Kansas City International Airport, provides nonstop service from KCI to 20 destinations across the United States with 70 daily departures.
