It is unlawful for airport operators and their lessees, tenants, concessionaire and contracts to discriminate against any person because of race, color, national origin, sex, creed or disability in public services and employment opportunities. The City of Kansas City, Missouri, staff has established a process for travelers to file a complaint under Title VI. Any person who believes that he or she has been discriminated against by the City or either of our airports on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, creed, or disability may file a Title VI complaint by completing and submitting the agency’s Title VI Complaint Forms found here.
