Key Points for ACDBE Joint Ventures
The ACDBE program is a federally mandated program to create opportunities for historically under-represented businesses. The goals are set by each airport and KCI Airport's goal study is currently being completed. MWDBE certification does not apply to concession operations. However, these goals may be used on the construction of the stores and shops in the new terminal.
Please submit Missouri ACDBE certification applications to: Human Relations Division, City of Kansas City, City Hall 414 E. 12th St., Kansas City, MO 64106. To contact us by email with ACDBE questions, contact Kymberly Daniels at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Other U.S. states – Businesses not located in Missouri or Kansas must obtain certification in their home state. Once completed, they must apply to the City of Kansas City, Missouri's HRD for certification in Missouri.
